This is all regarding the pedicure service: When I was first asked to sit down there was used tissues inside the jet bin and the employee simple grabbed one of them then asked me to sit down. When I told her there was still trash inside she pointed me to another chair. When they turned on the water no hot water came out at all. I had to ask three times if they could add more hot water as the water was cold cold. Also they kept throwing the trash into the water bin AS MY FEET WHERE INSIDE THE JET BIN. I don’t mean my own dead skin I mean actual trash from the ALREADY OPENED scrub, mask, and lotion that was used. The first person also tried to use two different reusable callus remover tools and pumice stone until I asked for a disposable one, then he proceeded to throw the reusable tool inside the water while my foot was still inside with the jet going. When first sat I mentioned I had ingrown and he said he’d get them, he spent a decent amount of time on the sides and bottom cuticles and said that he got the ingrown but there was still pressure. He had to get someone else to get the ingrowns and she successfully got them out right away. Then proceeded to actually cut off the cuticles that the first person had only pushed back and scraped harshly. Regarding the design asked for the same thing I had gotten before at this same location and they kept asking how thin I wanted the French tips in my toes when I showed a picture and had the thin line when I walked in in the first place. I told them I wanted it the same, just a very thin straight line. After multiple tries of hardly actually making the line thinner they decided that filling down the nail was the solution to making the French tip shorter. On my right pinky toe the nail was completely skewed and so was the left big toe because of this. I gave up I stopped telling them if was okay because I had become so frustrated with the entire experience. The staff is nice but if they’re not capable or clean then I’d rather not come back at all. I felt extremely embarrassed to ask for basic nail salon etiquette and cleanliness and felt demanding simply for asking for a redo of what I had before AND removing my ingrowns. This was supposed to be my birthday treat to myself and instead I am frustrated that I spent $170 dollars for such a terrible service. The manicure was perfect but the pedicure experience so bad that it doesn’t even help to make up for it. I got the second to most expensive pedicure service and there was a less than 5 minute massage instead of 15 minutes and the scrub was barely left on and it was rinsed with water that had floating trash packages from the scrub itself in the jet. Once again, the jet bin I was asked to sit on had trash in it, when I was pointed to another chair the water was freezing and the gentleman attempted to use reusable pumice stones and tools for the service. They also kept throwing the packaging from the products into the bin as my feet were still inside. I have been coming here as a pick me up every few months after work as I work in the same plaza but this experience has completely ruined it for me. I wouldn’t be surprised if I somehow catch a nail fungus from this service.

Loved this salon!!! From the gentleman who helped us get checked in, to the very kind ladies who did mine and my 5 year olds nails. We really enjoyed visiting this salon. Highly recommend!
